Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area ranked as the best investment area in China for the 13th year in a row by the Ministry of Commerce recently.
The ranking was made among 55 State-level economic and technological development zones. The area's GDP is expected to top 150 billion yuan ($22.3 billion) in 2010.
