BEIJING - [Company Registration in USA] Chinese shares ended lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.58 percent, or 25.20 points, to finish at 4,283.49 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index lost 0.15 percent, or 22.32 points, to close at 14,672.63 points.

The ChiNext Index, [HK Corporate Registration] tracking China's Nasdaq-style board of growth enterprises, soared 4.23 percent, or 133.15 points, to end at 3,278.48 points.
